Dr. Immo von Fallois

CEO

Dr. Immo von Fallois was Head of Communications and Marketing at Alstom in Northern and Eastern Europe and Head of Media and Marketing Communications at Bombardier Transportation. The former journalist and editorial director of the "Berliner Zeitung" also served as Vice President Corporate Communications & Marketing of wind turbine manufacturer Senvion. He also worked for the engineering services provider Segula Technologies as Head of Corporate Communications before moving to the Autobahn GmbH in fall 2019. As of September 2022, he heads WMP EuroCom AG as CEO.

After studying international business with a focus on company building, business development and finance, Moritz Barckhausen was initially a founder in the AI sector and held management positions in German medium-sized companies. Since 2021, he has been Chief Financial Officer of the WMP Group. He has been associated with the company for more than 10 years.

Henning Marten was chief of staff at the German Bundestag for four years. Afterwards, he worked for more than 25 years as a TV producer and media consultant, among others for ARD, ZDF, ProSieben, RTL, BBC and Discovery. He has been with WMP for seven years.

Susanne Horstmann

Managing Director

Susanne Horstmann has 30 years of experience in strategy consulting. She worked as a communications consultant for 25 years, most recently as Global Head of Corporate Communications at the management consultancy Roland Berger. In 2016, she joined WMP as Managing Director of the Munich office, focusing on international corporate and CEO communications, reputation management and crisis PR.

Friedrich-Wilhelm Kramer

Friedrich-Wilhelm Kramer studied political science and communications at Free University of Berlin. Following, he initially worked for the NDR (Northern German Broadcasting). From 1978 to 1980, he was deputy speaker of the Senate of the City of Hamburg. After returning to the NDR, he became radio correspondent in Warsaw in 1985, editor-in-chief of NDR radio in 1990, and director of the NDR broadcasting center in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein in 1993. Since 2013, he has been active as a Senior Advisor for WMP and heads the Hamburg office of the WMP Group.

Klaus Kimmel was a sports journalist for 25 years, covering everything from amateur sports to the Olympic Games. Later, he was deputy editor-in-chief of Germany's biggest newspaper BILD. He has been a Senior Advisor at WMP for more than 20 years.

Hannah Klotz studied International Cultural Studies and Economics at the University of Passau. After a stay at Eastern Washington University and stations in the office of an EU Member of Parliament as well as the Konrad Adenauer House (Federal office of the Christian Democratic Union), she has been with WMP since 2022.

Andreas Schwenk studied political science and communications in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Spain. During that time, he completed internships at the EU Parliament, ARD German TV's foreign bureau in Washington DC, the German Consulate General in Los Angeles and worked for the National University of Colombia in Bogotá. Upon graduation, he started working in electoral campaign management for Germany's Free Democratic Party (FDP) in North Rhine-Westphalia, a party for which he continues to hold a foreign policy advising position. Andreas joined WMP in 2018, working in the areas of government advisory, corporate communications and litigation-PR. In 2019, he published an academic book on the debate surrounding reform initiatives for the United Nations Security Council.

Julia Sebastian studied communication sciences at Free University of Berlin and at University of Indiana, Bloomington (USA). After completing her education, she worked as a freelance journalist, including for today's Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (RBB). She went on to serve as press officer at the Embassy of the United States in Berlin. Since 2009, she has been self-employed as a freelance journalist and consultant for press and public relations. For WMP, she mainly works on mandates in the field of strategic corporate communications.

Louis Hagen has been a journalist since the age of twenty. He worked for various publishing houses and newspapers in Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt and Strasbourg (France). For 13 years, he served as a member of the editorial board at Germany's biggest newspaper BILD. Since 2003, he has been active as a senior advisor for WMP. He was also a guest lecturer in media studies at Technical University of Berlin. Since 2019, he is a weekly columnist in BILD.

Viona Brandt is an expert in investor relations, financial and corporate communications and ESG with more than 25 years of experience. Before working as a communications consultant, she held senior positions at Willy Bogner, ESCADA and EM.TV & Merchandising AG (now Sport1 Medien AG), where she was responsible for investor relations and corporate communications. Viona began her professional career in 1991 at J.P. Morgan in Frankfurt, where she worked for seven years in investment banking, capital markets and asset management. Viona Brandt holds a degree in business administration from Goethe University, Frankfurt. For WMP, she is primarily active in the areas of investor relations, corporate and financial communications.

Degree in German Language Studies (M.A.) at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. Nadja Wolf-Fischer has been part of WMP's Munich office since 2018, where she primarily works on topics related to social media.

Matthias Schau

Office Manager

Trained as a commercial banker and banking administrator at Volksbank Neustadt in Holstein. Afterwards, Matthias Schau was the office manager of intendant Prof. Justus Frantz at the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival for many years and later became an insurance broker. He has been Office Manager at WMP since 1999.

Sabine Terko worked for 27 years as an assistant in insurance and sales management. Since 2013, she has been responsible for the accounting and human resources departments at WMP.

Maxim Zöllner-Kojnov
