

Co-CEO
Moritz Barckhausen has been Co-CEO of WMP EUROCOM AG since 2025, where he helps shape the company’s operational direction, drive strategic growth, andlead its international expansion. His role spans a wide range of responsibilities—from acquiring new mandates and navigating legal and contractual matters tocultivating strong relationships with shareholders and the Supervisory Board. Alongside this, he also serves as Managing Director of WMP Healthcare. His pathto these leadership roles has been shaped by diverse experiences: he was CFO of WMP starting in 2021, and before that, a founder in the field of artificial intelligence. He has also held senior positions in business development and communications within Germany’s vibrant SME sector. Global experience across Europe, Asia, and Australia has given him a deep appreciation for international markets, complex eco-nomic dynamics, and the nuances of cultural diversity. Moritz combines entrepreneurial spirit with a strong grasp oftechnology and a global mindset—qualities thatcontinue to define his approach to leadership.

Managing Director
Susanne Horstmann has around 30 years of experience in strategy consulting. She has worked as a communications consultant for 25 years, most recently as Global Head of Corporate Communications at the consulting firm Roland Berger. In 2016, she joined WMP as Managing Director. Her areas of focus include international corporate and CEO communications, reputation management, and crisis PR.

Senior Advisor
Friedrich-Wilhelm Kramer studied Political Science and Communications at Freie Universität Berlin. Following a journalistic traineeship, he initially worked for NDR. From 1978 to 1980, he served as Deputy Senate Spokesperson of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. After returning to NDR, he became the ARD radio correspondent in Warsaw in 1985, was appointed Editor-in-Chief of NDR Radio in 1990, and in 1993 became Director of the NDR State Broadcasting House in Schleswig-Holstein. He has been a Senior Advisor at WMP since 2013.

Senior Advisor
Klaus Kimmel spent 25 years as a sports journalist, covering everything from recreational sports to the Olympic Games. He has been an author for the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ), the Süddeutsche Zeitung, and DIE WELT. He later served as deputy editor-in-chief of the BILD newspaper. He has been a Senior Advisor at WMP for over 20 years.

Senior Consultant
Andreas joined WMP in 2018, primarily working on government advisory, corporate communications, and litigation PR mandates. His prior engagements included political campaign management projects for Germany’s Free Democratic Party (FDP), which he continues to advise on foreign policy as a volunteer. In 2024, he ran for European Parliament in his hometown of Essen. Andreas holds two master’s degrees in Political Science and Communications and has studied in the US, the UK, the Netherlands, and Spain. During his studies, he completed internships at the European Parliament, ARD (German TV) foreign bureau in Washington D.C., the German Consulate General in Los Angeles, and worked for the National University of Colombia in Bogotá. In 2019, he published an academic book on the debate surrounding reform proposals for the United Nations Security Council.

Senior Consultant
Studied Communications at Freie Universität Berlin and at Indiana University Bloomington (USA). After her training, she worked as a freelance journalist for, among others, what is now Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb). She then served as Press Officer at the United States Embassy in Berlin. Since 2009, she has been self-employed as a freelance journalist and consultant for press and public relations. At WMP, she primarily handles mandates in strategic corporate communications.

Senior Advisor
Viona Brandt is an expert in investor relations, financial and corporate communications, as well as ESG, with over 25 years of experience. Before becoming a communications consultant, she held leadership positions at Willy Bogner, ESCADA, and EM.TV & Merchandising AG (now Sport1 Medien AG), overseeing investor relations and corporate communications. She began her career at J.P. Morgan in Frankfurt in 1991, where she worked for seven years in investment banking, capital markets, and asset management. Viona Brandt holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kauffrau) from Goethe University in Frankfurt. At WMP, she focuses on investor relations, corporate, and financial communications.

Office Manager
Trained as a bank clerk and banking specialist at Volksbank Neustadt in Holstein. Subsequently, he served for many years as the office manager for the intendant Prof. Justus Frantz at the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival and later worked as a self-employed insurance specialist. He has been Office Manager at WMP since 1999.

Working Student
Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Bayreuth. During his studies, he interned at the German Embassy in Moscow, a bank, and a German foreign trade association. He has been with WMP since 2021. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations.
